We are operating multiple shifts in our warehouses to catch up on processing and shipping the orders we’ve received. As of today, please expect approximately 1-2 additional days to receive your order.

We're back! Moss is excited to announce the re-opening of all our websites.

Online sales are open!
Today, we are resuming our online sales and have started the process of adjusting all our operations to work around a new set of health safety measures. The good news is that all of our warehouses across the USA are currently working to process and ship orders. Most of our sales, customer service, and other staff are still working remotely at this time.

Please note that for some time we are operating under a "best efforts" practice. The addition of new procedures may impact our ability to process, pack, and ship orders as quickly as we'd like. ONE MONTH SAFETY UPDATE

Although our sales lines and warehouses remain temporarily closed for retail business, one thing hasn't changed... our enthusiasm for classic Jaguar cars. Even though many car shows and club gatherings have been canceled, we've been communicating with our customers in the virtual realm and enjoying the sharing of experiences there. Restoration projects that in the recent past had lain dormant are today seeing new life. Not all projects require new parts. Many can be refurbished and brought back to new with elbow grease.

For the parts that do need replacing, our Purchasing and Product teams have been working behind the scenes to secure great parts and new products in anticipation of a return to the 2020 car season.

Throughout the coming weeks, we are beginning the planning process to determine how to safely restart our retail sales and shipping operations. We are looking forward to helping our customers enjoy their cars and thank you for remaining patient as we work through this process.

MOSS CLASSIC ANNOUNCES TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF USA OPERATIONS

Moss announced today that out of caution and concern for the health of its employees and customers related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the company will temporarily close its operations nationwide effective Wednesday, April 1 at 4:30 p.m.

All options for placing orders and shipments will be halted until it is prudent to resume operations.

“To demonstrate our continued support of the efforts underway to contain the spread of the coronavirus, we are temporarily closing our warehouses in California and Virginia. We are committed to our staff and will be ready to return to work as soon as it’s safe to do so,” said Ed Moss, Moss’s President. “We are in this together and will be prepared to restart our operations to serve customers across the USA and the world."

We are disappointed we had to suspend our popular sale on upholstery and tops as part of this temporary closure. Please note we are currently planning to put the sale "on hold" until we are fully operational in the near future. Please stay tuned for updates on this promotion...it will be back!

First, we want to say Thank You! We understand that everyone is now dealing with the changes due to COVID-19, and we are grateful for your continued orders this week, while being flexible and understanding during these unusual times.

As of today, we are still operating with remote staff in California and our team of dedicated employees who are keeping orders moving out of our Virginia warehouse. We encourage you to continue placing orders online rather than via telephone, and we will do our very best to get your order fulfilled.

HOW COVID-19 MAY IMPACT YOUR ORDER

Due to the State of California Stay at Home Order, Moss Motors has temporarily closed its California facilities. In response, we have a limited number employees working remotely to assist customers with their orders. We recommend placing your orders online, as you may experience some delays when trying reach us by phone. Our Virginia location is now the one remaining fully operational warehouse and they are working hard to fulfill orders. Please bear with us as we anticipate longer than usual times in our call center as well as delays processing in shipping and returns.

Not at this time. We are currently halting all orders and shipping until it is prudent to restart our operations.

HOW DOES THIS IMPACT SHIPPING?

A limited number of orders may have shipped as of April 2, 2020. All other shipments are currently on hold or may be canceled.

WHAT ABOUT PARTS AVAILABILITY?

Due to the closure of our warehouses across the USA, we are unable to update this until operations resume.

WHAT ABOUT BACKORDERS?

As is our standard practice, items on backorder will not be processed and your credit card or payment will not be charged until we can ship your order.

CAN I RETURN AN ORDER FOR A REFUND?

We are currently unable to accept or process refunds due to the temporary closure of our USA facilities.
